Built in the traditional local style with wood and ochre colored facades and set in landscaped gardens, L'Alpaga residence is just 50 metres from the resort centre, and 200 metres from the ski lifts. The resort itself is part of France's fourth largest ski area, with excellent facilities for skiers and snowboarders in winter and mountain and water sports in summer. There are 143 apartments within the property and all feature balconies, terraces or verandas, private bathrooms and well equipped kitchens with hotplates, fridges, ovens, dishwashers and electric coffee makers. Larger apartments have additional shower rooms.
Although the residence does not have its own restaurant there are several dining options within the vicinity. Guests can make use of loan services which include hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. The residence is just 200 metres from the ski lifts with access to the slopes of Serre Chevalier, France's fourth biggest ski area, with 250 kilometres of downhill skiing and 104 runs, as well as cross country trails and a snowpark including a half pipe. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, including four hot plates, refrigerator, oven dishwasher, and electric coffeemaker. One bedroom apartments can accommodate up to five persons and feature a living room with two single sofa beds and one pullout bed, bedroom with one double bed, and a bathroom with washbasin, bath and separate WC. Two bedroom apartments can accommodate up to seven persons and feature a living room with two single sofa beds and one pullout bed, bedroom with double bed, alcove with bunkbeds, and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.
