Location. Chic and elegant with distinct lines and modern decor describes the Standard Miami in Miami Beach, Fla. This hotel with a distinctly South Florida style is one mile from the beach, the Art Deco District and Jackie Gleason Theater. The Lincoln Road Mall is within three blocks. Miami International Airport is 10 miles from the property.
Hotel Features. The Standard Miami features modern decor, with whites and blonde woods blending mid century Miami modernism with Scandinavian furniture. A communal bathhouse culture defines the Turkish health spa, which offers mud wraps, steam baths and a chlorine free Sound Pool with tunes from a live DJ. Outdoor baths feature waterfalls and an artic plunge pool. The yoga center offers waterfront yoga lawns and workshops. On site dining is available at the Lido and the Bayside Grill and Bar. Children under age 14 are not allowed at the hotel.

Guestrooms. The two story Standard Miami has 105 guestrooms that feature large outdoor terraces with views of the garden, pool or hotel grounds. Egyptian cotton sheets, bathrobes, DVD players, flat screen televisions, and minibars stocked with organic products are featured in guestrooms. Private massages are available in the guestrooms. Complimentary wireless Internet access also offered.
